The Kentucky Chapter of the American College of Cardiology (KY-ACC) is committed to advancing the prevention of cardiovascular disease and enhancing the quality of care for individuals affected by these conditions. By collaborating closely with the American College of Cardiology (ACC), the KY-ACC plays a crucial role in shaping and improving cardiovascular health initiatives across the state.

Our chapter not only provides expert guidance and support to local and state government bodies but also engages with professional organizations to address a wide range of cardiovascular health issues. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we strive to influence policy, foster innovative practices, and promote research that ultimately leads to better patient outcomes and a healthier community.

The KY-ACC is dedicated to staying at the forefront of cardiology advancements and ensuring that Kentucky remains a leader in the fight against cardiovascular disease. We are passionate about driving change and providing resources that empower both healthcare professionals and patients in their journey towards optimal cardiovascular health.

## ACC Mission

The mission of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) is to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health.

## Enduring Purpose

The ACC strives to achieve its enduring purpose: to improve cardiovascular health through education, research, quality care and health policy.
