Exhibitor Information

What are the exhibit hall hours?
The Exhibit Hall will open Friday, September 11 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and on Saturday, September 12, from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET. Please have a booth representative logged in and monitoring the chatroom throughout each meeting day, if possible.

After the event, the archived exhibit hall will be available to attendees until October 11.

What happens when someone visits my booth?
When a visitor enters your booth’s chatroom, their name will appear in the chatroom attendee box and, if you are logged in as a booth representative,  you will hear an audio notification.  You can then interact with them via a text chat, or initiate a one-on-one audio or video chat with the visitor.  

What happens if no one is staffing my booth when a visitor comes by?
Visitors can view all the materials you have uploaded to your booth, watch your videos, visit your links, etc. If your booth representatives are not in your chatroom, visitors can also leave you a message. 

Are group chats within the booth possible, or are all conversations one-on-one?

Group chats are available with the text chat feature, but audio and video chat only supports one-on-one interactions.

What can a Booth Representative do?
Booth representative can attend sessions, browse the exhibit hall, and chat in the lounge. However, they cannot initiate chats in the exhibit hall with other booth representatives.

Do you have a video demo of how the exhibit booths and chat works?
A webinar will be conducted to familiarize booth representatives with the environment and walk you through logging into the platform, identifying when visitors come to your chatroom, initiating chats, and inviting attendees to participate in a voice or video call.

How many booth reps can we have?
The number of booth representatives is limited by the number of complimentary attendees that your exhibitor/sponsorship level receives.

How do I edit our exhibit booth?

The main booth contact received an introductory email with a link to a form to set up your booth. This form allows you to choose your booth layout, upload graphics, documents, videos, links, etc. to your booth. Booth details are due by August 17.

Helpful Hint: When designing your booth, use a screenshot of your selected booth template (from the link above), and using your preferred graphics program, overlay your artwork onto the template. This will create a mock up giving you a good idea of what your final booth will look like.

How long will it take to see a draft of our booth design? Booths will be available for review beginning September 1. The last day to submit revisions to your booth is September 7.
